The Righteous Pursuit - Another Mind Trick?

In the search for the ultimate non-perspective, unconditioned state, the greatest challenge is to confront your own self-made chains.

So why point at the world's shortcomings, for doing so highlights your own inability to reflect upon your own - often hideous - inner turmoil. If you see evil, you are just as evil as what you see.

Even in the quest for peace, there is a subtle passive-aggression, which simply dictates a scheme of acceptable behaviour that everyone should follow. Promoting peace with that in mind is simply another war.

The world of form is always a reflection of your own mind, yet everyone overlooks the simple fact that the mirror has no particular conditions; it doesn't say anything about what appears - that is true unconditional living.

However, despite dwelling in the unconditioned, a voice or action can occur in view of any situation, person or object, even a strong voice!

So, I'm not speaking here about becoming completely passive. Passivity is lazy wisdom, sometimes with poems, art or protest rhetoric. Passivity sits in the gutter, secretly hating the world. The unconditioned get's in amongst it all, and loves every moment, even if it gets gritty and uncomfortable.

To find that, you have to go look inwards. But notice that the world will always try to capture your attention, pulling you away from your true nature.

Your mind will even adopt righteous principles in order to feel like it has a position, but those do-gooder positions are very often rooted in various forms of fear, inadequacy and victimization, feeling hard-done by, or attacking those who have more or do things differently.

Could these righteous movements be yet another chain anchoring you to the world of form?
